Fabion Brown and Emily Matheson are scheduled to be taken to the Oklahoma County jail Wednesday in the slaying of Jessica Lynn Brown, 23, whose body was found Jan. 11 in her Midwest City home, Midwest City Police Chief Brandon Clabes said.
